Ambient Energy Harvesting
June 2024 - October 2024
Researching and developing a PCB that combines miniature voltaic, Thermoelectric Generators (TEG), and Radio Frequency (RF) ambient energy to capture the waste energy in the room and use them to constantly power those ultra low energy devices.
Currently: Researching and collecting data on individual energy harvesting methods
Pump Fiction
October 2024 - Now
Developing a minimalistic, self-powered stormwater drain-grate clogging monitoring system that revolutionizes urban flooding solutions. Taking advantage of conductivity sensors to detect leaf ion content, our patentable innovation is an effective data collection method that doesn't hinder drainage.
Currently: Setting pilot testing for data collection + provisional patent applications

Growing up with a strong passion for crafts, I've always enjoyed engineering and building projects that have realistic applications to solving niche problem in my life (ie. A voice-controlled module that turns off lights for me).
I love the environment of an all-in team (Hackathons are tons of fun)

Attended the largest hackathon in Canada, 1800+ participants from around the world π
Our team came up with Pillpall π, a smart pill dispenser that ensures seniors take pill regularly. An AI voice agent would remind the patient through a phone call if not taken on time.
